When working with others, it is important to be a "team player". Employees think of ways to solve problems and ways of help your team meet its goals. Employees don't demand that your ideas are used and show loyalty to your team. I think there are harsly anyone who has loyalty in Japanese. I think although it is working in the organization, Japanese consider that it is important to raise one's evaluation. It competes to each other in the organization. It is in Japanese consciousness.
